EscapeGFX's® History

EscapeGFX® has been in business since December of 2005. We have been through many changes, but change is inevitable and it has grown the company through the process. EscapeGFX is a youthful and innovative company. We are very energetic about serving the customer, and we love a challenge.

Our company simply spurned from the idea of "getting away." One average employee, but exceptional artist decided it was time to flee from the ordinary and mundane routine of unfulfilling work. He felt that he possessed the skill, talent, and motivation to become one of the premier design agencies in the Birmingham market. The company was young, but experienced enough to understand that it would take hard work, patience, and determination to make this work. The company follows the rhino mentality- which means whatever obstacle comes into our path will not stop us ,but we will keep charging toward our goal.

Escape's vision is to provide a smart, innovative, quick and easy solution to a client's needs. We want to build a solid relationship with our clients and make sure that we meet their needs on all occasions. The customer is important now and they will be important to us in the future.

Our Company

Our company not only strives to be the leader in the market, or employing great customer service, but we want to be able to be sufficient and prosperous enough to give back to our community. We see a steady trend for business to move to larger cities, but we want to believe in Birmingham, we want to keep it thriving. "Passion is what we possess in all forms of our company. We are passionate about our craft, our customer's needs, and our community. You can think of us as an aid to a small businessman's needs. We are not the high end, but we are the reasonable and reliable choice.

Willie Wells III, EscapeGFX®Owner

Willie Wells III is the owner of EscapeGFX®. He has worked earnestly to get it up and running smoothly. "Art has always been a clear destination for me ever since I was in elementary school, I was not sure what particular field I would go into but I knew that any creative field would be ideal for me." A graduate of the University Of Alabama, Tuscaloosa with a double major in Graphic Design and Advertising, Willie is a person that is adamant about being punctual and giving the best efforts that he can, and this concept overflows into the company's operations. He understands that there are deadlines that need to be met, and other problems that may spring up, so the clients' work is done with a sense of urgency, but never discarding the high level of creative design. "The customer is number 1 to me, and we, as a company, will venture many avenues to reach your company's or project's escape from mediocrity."
